Testimonials

"WINGS' rigorous process of selecting mentees results in high-calibre senior executives committed to their personal development joining us. The WINGS framework and structured approach to mentoring allow us to engage in open and honest conversations. That is why I also accepted a board-level role at WINGS for Growth. If you are part of a company that values the impact of mentoring, I recommend you partner with WINGS for your high-potential talents."

"Each year, as a mentor at WINGS for Growth, I learn something new from fellow mentors, Varsha and mentees, which helps me become a more effective mentor. It also helps me better understand the challenges of employees, managers, and companies. I will apply these learnings in all aspects and continue to pay it forward. This is what keeps me coming back year after year."
Nicole Knott
Partner, Workforce and HR Transformation PwC
"WINGS' group reviews with mentors and mentees create amazing learning opportunities. When mentees review their development plan, they share their unique experiences from their activities, allowing me to learn about Mentee's blind spots. We, as a group, sometimes brainstorm ideas to solve complex problems. So, while we may not have all the answers, we find a good path forward as a group. This is an extremely valuable forum for all attendees.

"Growing up – I actively sought and found mentor relationships that provided me the support I needed for my professional growth. When I learned about WINGS For Growth I was struck by how important their mission was to female professionals and I knew I had to become a part of this program to provide the same support I received. Varsha and the team have worked tirelessly to curate a program that delivers the professional development and support needed for women to meet their professional objectives. I am truly committed to my role as a mentor and hope in doing so, I can make a difference in enabling my mentees to attain their leadership objectives."
